Terms of Service

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the website www.tothemoonlabel.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts the following terms.

1. General

Tothemoon is registered in the Netherlands and operates under Dutch law. For any questions about these terms, please contact us via hello@tothemoonlabel.com.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Tothemoon and every agreement concluded between Tothemoon and the customer. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website.

3. Offer

We strive to present and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, small deviations in color, texture, or finish may occur. All images, descriptions, and prices are subject to change and do not bind us in the event of clear errors or mistakes.

4. Agreement

An agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order and receives a confirmation by email. Tothemoon reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors, issues with payment, or suspected fraud. In the event of cancellation, any amounts paid will be refunded.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€), including 21% VAT (for EU orders). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Payments can be made securely via:

iDEAL
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
PayPal
Klarna (where available)

Payments are processed through our secure partners Mollie and PayPal.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Estimated delivery times are:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
EU: 2–7 business days
Outside EU: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier or customs clearance. If a product is not delivered within 30 days, the customer may cancel the order without cost.

Ownership and risk pass to the customer at the time of delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order. To exercise this right, please email hello@tothemoonlabel.com and follow the return instructions.

Return conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.

8. Excluded from Return

The following items are excluded from return:

Sale items
Gift cards
Bottles and pacifiers
Personal care items
Swimwear and underwear
Made-to-order or custom items (if stated on the product page)

9. Defects or Complaints

Please check your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days with a photo and description. We will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

10. Liability

Tothemoon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the product concerned, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

11. Force Majeure

In the case of force majeure (e.g. strikes, transport issues, natural disasters), we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order. In such cases, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, logos, product designs) is the property of Tothemoon and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

13. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data carefully, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is used only for processing orders and communicating with you. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
