Processing Your Order

Delivery will be handled by DHL to an address of your choice.
All orders are shipped with a personalized tracking code, which you’ll receive once your order has left our warehouse. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder.

International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs clearance fees, import duties, or taxes. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Tothemoon cannot predict or control these charges.

Note: Our 10% welcome discount excludes gift boxes, gift cards, personalized items.

We recommend checking your tracking link regularly so you can follow your order along its journey.

Delivery

Pre-orders
If your order includes pre-order items, please note the estimated delivery times mentioned on each product page. To reduce our environmental impact, we ship your full order once all items are available.

Shipping time vs. delivery time

• Shipping time: From order confirmation to your parcel being packed and ready for dispatch.

• Delivery time: From when the shipping provider picks up the parcel until it reaches your address.

Netherlands & Belgium

Orders placed before 10 PM (CET) on working days (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
Most deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days (Saturday delivery is available in the Netherlands only).

Rest of Europe

Orders placed before 6 PM (CET) on working days are usually dispatched the same day.
Delivery times vary, typically between 2–7 working days, depending on the destination.

Important Notes

• We always process your order with care, but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

• Tothemoon is not responsible for delays caused by absence at the delivery address or any issues with the courier.

• If you're not home during the indicated delivery window, it's your responsibility to coordinate a new delivery time with the courier.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct address, postal code, and contact details. These details are automatically used to create the shipping label.

 Delays & Cancellations

According to EU Distance Selling Regulations, your order must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If this isn’t possible, we’ll notify you and offer the option to cancel. In that case, we’ll refund your payment within 14 days.

If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tothemoonlabel.com.

Tothemoon is only liable for damages in the case of proven gross negligence or deliberate intent. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
