Return & Refund Policy

1. Not happy with your order?

No worries! You can return any purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund 2. How to initiate a return

Email us at hello@tothemoonlabel.com or use our online returns portal.
Pack items securely, ensuring all labels and tags are intact. Original packaging isn’t required, but please protect the products.

3. Conditions for a valid return

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
Sets or bundles must be returned together (e.g., both socks in a pair)
We cannot accept returns of:
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift boxes or gift cards
- Bottles, pacifiers
- Swimwear, underwear
- Personal care products (e.g., skincare items)
  4. Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days
Refunds go to the original payment method.

5. Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping is at your expense
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

6. Discounted bundles

If you purchased a discounted bundle and return part of it, the original bundle discount is revoked. We'll recalculate your refund based on regular (non-discounted) prices for items kept

7. For international customers

If you're returning items from outside the EU:

Mark the package as “return commercial sample”
Include the original invoice
This helps us avoid customs charges—and ensures we won’t pass them onto you later
